President Barack Obama has been petitioned due to Judicial & Political corruption to uphold the integrity of the Constitution & enforce federal law which is his # 1 duty. Jesha Miller initiates this petition due to all agencies refusing to enforce federal law which includes U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, the FBI, Public Integrity Section, U.S. Attorney Timothy Morrison, &
the Indiana Attorney General's Office. Jesha Miller states the motive is to cover-up Judicial corruption in the entire Judicial Branch including the U.S. Supreme Court. The buck stops with President Barack Obama who must uphold the integrity of the Constitution which requires that branch to be checked for corruption. EMERGENCY PETITION
PETITION FOR PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA
TO EXECUTE HIS NUMBER ONE DUTY OF ENFORCING
FEDERAL LAW. ARTICLE II, SEC 3 OF OUR CONSTITUTION
Comes now, Jesha Miller, petitioning President Barack Obama to Execute his number one duty of enforcing Federal Law as stated by the Constitution under Article II, sec. 3 he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, . It is for this reason that they have not been executed, nor has government acknowledge the Constitutions Checks & Balances intended by the Framers of the Constitution to prevent abuse of power, stop corruption, hold officials accountable, & protect the rights of "we the people"that I am petitioning President Barack Obama to see that they are enforced within a week by making this a publicly known issue because the Constitution of the U.S. guarantees the right to freedom, equality, justice, & the pursuit of happiness which all have been denied by this government.
Vanderburgh County Judge David Kiely has violated Title 18, sec. 243
which is the exclusion of jurors on account of race violating the equal protection clause & government officials have failed to bring charges for the violation which Congress made a crime. The U.S. Supreme Court are a part of the cover-up whose motive was to cover-up the crime & deny 10 million dollars upon my release from the illegal restraint. The crime is against the peace & dignity of the U.S. because slavery has been abolished & is at war
with Democracy, violating the 13th & 14th Amendments.
Specifically I, Jesha Miller was held in violation of Constitutional Law # 250. 2 (4) which provides: Every Black Man has a right under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, U.S.C.A., that in the selection of jurors to pass on his life, liberty, or property, there shall be no exclusion of his race, & no discrimination against them because of their color. Virginia v. Rives,
100 U.S. 313.
The trial transcripts affirm the exclusion not only to be fact, but that race is included in the concept of peers. The Amendments violated are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights so that without any doubt I will succeed. This involves the unalienable right "all men are created equal" which I cannot be separated, which officials have done to continue corruption & deny the right to freedom & justice is guaranteed by the Constitution.
It is because I petitioned you, President Barack Obama, when first taking office for this to be your first official duty & has fell on deaf ears for
two years I ask that you address this publicly with an invitation to me, Jesha Miller, to the White House to be addressed with the Chief Executive.

The FBI whose mission is to help defend & uphold our nations economy,
physical & electronic infrastructure & DEMOCRACY have refused more than three times to enforce Title 18, sec. 243 & indict Judge David Kiely & those who aid & abet him from justice by concealment. FBI agent Brian Flagerty & THEN U.S. Attorney Timothy Morrison were petitioned to indict & arrest Judge David Kiely & those aiding by concealment & preventing the operation of the Constitutions checks & balances have refused to perform their duty.
The Public Integrity Section whose mission is to oversee the federal effort to combat corruption through the prosecution of elected & appointed public officials at all levels of government have refused to indict & arrest David Kiely & those aiding by concealment. (PIN) has exclusive jurisdiction over allegations of criminal misconduct on the part of Federal Judges & also supervises the nationwide investigation & prosecution of election crimes have failed to perform their duty even with evidence from the trial transcripts affirming the crime committed to be fact. They were also petitioned to report this to Congress but have failed or refused. Either one, they are a part of the problem rather than a solution which is headed by Jack Smith & Raymond N. Hulser.
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is considered the Chief lawyer of the U.S. government is the Head of the U.S. Department of Justice & is the Chief law enforcement officer of the U.S. government also has failed to enforce Title 18, sec. 243 & 242 against Judge Sarah Evans Barker who has violated my rights under color of law which is filed in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana. corruption & the checks & balances petitioned but has concealed this. This is the law, so when the head is corrupt, corruption only blossoms endangering the freedom of U.S. citizens. Allowing corruption in the highest Court in the land opposes the Constitution which guarantees justice & equality so that there is no longer an avenue to justice even by appeal because were assuming they will uphold the constitution but in reality are corrupt. This is reason to act immediately. You cannot be the leader of a free people & not uphold the integrity of the Constitution.
The Indiana Attorney Generals Office whose mission is to protect the rights, freedoms & safety you enjoy as a citizen chose to represent the criminal acts of Vanderburgh County Judge, David Kiely & their attorney Betsy M. Isenburgh representing the Indiana Attorney Generals Office refused to withdraw when petitioned to do so & indict & arrest David Kiely for the crime committed pursuant to Title 18, sec. 243. EMERGENCY PETITION
With Judicial & Political Corruption from the U.S. Supreme Court on down to small claims, then Speaker of the House- Nancy Pelosi to Indiana Senators Richard Lugar & Evan Bayh, former Congressman Brad Ellsworth on to you, Barack Obama, President of the U.S., this Emergency Petition is justified to uphold the integrity of our Constitution. Because the corruption is directly related to each ones duty, this constitutes corruption.
Corruption is the abuse of power by a public official in which part of the system is either not performing duties it was originally intended to, or performing them in an improper was to the detriment of the systems original purpose.
The Framers of our Constitution had 3 goals in mind when they wrote the Bill of Rights. 1st, protect the right to freedom of each person, 2nd, prevent abuse of power, & 3rd, protect the accused of crimes.
The U.S. Supreme Court abused their power when they refused to address my Habeas Corpus which is a power denied government under Article I, sec. 9. Here they fail to perform their duty to protect my freedom & release me from the illegal restraint. A Federal Judge has a duty when addressed by Habeas Corpus to check the records & if true as alleged, then immediately release that petitioner from the illegal restraint.`This was addressed to Justice John Paul Stevens & Sandra Day O'Connor, both of whom have left office so you can now stop all delays deferring justice. Clearly they failed to perform their duties as intended which is detriment to the systems original purpose. Received by U.S. Supreme Court 2005.
Habeas Corpus lies to test proceedings so fundamentally lawless
that imprisonment pursuant to them is not merely erroneous but VOID & therefore, res judicata ( previous judgment ) is inapplicable in a Habeas Corpus proceeding. The imprisonment cannot be shown to conform with the fundamental requirements of due process so the petitioner is entitled to his immediate release. Fay v. Noia, 83 S. Ct. at 829.

These rights are guaranteed by the Constitution & the Bill of Rights so as President of the U.S. you have to assume responsibility for the miscarriage of justice to make certain these rights guaranteed are fulfilled. June 9, 2010 you again were Petitioned to address this using the Checks
and Balances since you belittled the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights is what no just government on earth can refuse or rest on inference. The Bill of Rights make clear the Rights government must protect.
The checks & balances is the law & its intent by the Framers of the Constitution is to prevent abuse of power, protect " we the peoples " right to freedom & hold officials accountable for their actions. You, President Barack
Obama again failed to address Judicial corruption.
February 27, 2009 you failed to address my petition executed by the Bill of Rights & your duty under Article II, sec. 3, to see that the Federal Laws are faithfully executed. The statutory prohibition on discrimination in the selection of jurors 18 U.S.C. sec. 243, enacted pursuant to the 14th Amendments enabling clause makes race neutrality in jury selection a visible & inevitable measure of the Judicial systems own commitment to the demands of the Constitution.
The Courts are under an affirmative Duty to enforce the strong statutory & constitutional policies embodied in that prohibition. Peters v. Kiff , 92 S. Ct. 2170- 2171.
Any further lack of interest is a guarantee of failure. You as President must now assume responsibility & uphold the integrity of the Constitution.
To declare with conviction you must make this Public before the media & issue an invitation to the White House, to me, Jesha Miller, to address the checks & balances. Due to my hardship you must provide money for transportation & hotel of my choice. This is directly related to your duty & constitutes Political Corruption should you now refuse with me demonstrating
that the FBI, U.S. Attorney Timothy Morrison, Raymond Hulser of the Public
Integrity Section, & the Indiana Attorney Generals Office have all failed to enforce federal law. The buck stops with you. These are the guaranteed rights of the Bill of Rights assuring I will not fail using the checks & balances.

The corruption of the USA Legal system is well known, but also well hidden
by the news services of America's corporate-owned media. However, this starts
with Press Secretary Robert Gibbs who has long been part of the government
cover-up having been petitioned many times to make this publicly known to Congress & the public of government corruption.
Constitutional Right # 925 enables every citizen at anytime to bring the government & any person in authority to the bar of public opinion by any just criticism upon the exercise of authority which the people have conferred upon them. The corruption had a trickle down effect where as USA Today & other media corporations became a part of the cover-up concealing
the judicial & political corruption from the public so officials would not be held accountable & also refused to withdraw violating my rights under color of law.
This is the adversity I have been up against, so once again I'm executing my
Constitutional Right # 925 petitioning you to inform the public by calling a Press conference to ready Congress for the operation of the Constitutions checks & balances to stop abuse of power & restore those rights guaranteed by the Bill of Rights which have been violated. As Chief Executive you must have the integrity, adherence to moral & ethical principle, soundness of moral character & honesty to uphold the integrity of the Constitution or face being impeached as President Nixon was with the last time the checks & balances were used.
HARDSHIP
The Courts have ignored my economic & health hardship brought on by
government refusing to honor the Bill of Rights which no just government can refuse using the stall tactic to hide judicial & political corruption for as long as possible. Otherwise, I would have & collected the 10 million for the illegal restraint & been under no economic strain due to unemployment like 10 million other Americans have suffered from & also had the money for dental work, back pain, & money for my daughter to continue her college education on campus choosing whatever college of her liking. The dental work is at a point where it endangers my life so you are asked to act immediately on this emergency petition due to corruption in the entire Judicial Branch of government. Without employment I may also be a homeless Veteran of the Viet-Nam era. I am a Journeyman machinist so only because of discrimination am I unemployed. You yourself, President Obama said it will take schooling to bring us out of this recession. Well I've been a Journeyman machinist since 1983 so it goes deeper
than you recognize. I pray that you address this publicly by December 2, so that I am able to pay my rent & not face homelessness & am able to obtain dental care before any infection enters my blood stream endangering my life.
